Lützen, August 2024- Sven Schwarzat and Schwarzat Capital GmbH have completed real estate projects with a project volume of around 28 million euros in Leipzig this year. This is a clear sign of the company's commitment and confidence in the growing real estate market in the Saxon metropolis.

"We see enormous potential in Leipzig and have therefore significantly increased our investments this year," explains Sven Schwarzat, Managing Director of Schwarzat Capital GmbH. "Our projects to date include both residential and commercial properties, which we have upgraded through targeted investments and extensive refurbishment measures."

Schwarzat Capital GmbH specializes in the acquisition, development and management of real estate. With its extensive experience and deep understanding of the regional market, the company has completed several successful projects in central Germany in recent years. This year's investment volume in Leipzig demonstrates the company's continuous growth and ambitions.

In addition to the investments already made, Schwarzat Capital GmbH is still on the lookout for interesting acquisition opportunities in Leipzig. "We would like to further expand our portfolio and are open to new projects that strengthen our commitment to the region," says Schwarzat. "Our focus is on properties with development potential, whether through modernization, conversion or new construction. We are aiming for a project volume of 50 million euros by 2025."
