Staying Agile: MeisterLabs Launches Agile Project Management White Paper

MeisterLabs, the company behind collaborative solutions MindMeister and MeisterTask, is proud to announce the launch and immediate availability of its new expert white paper, ‘Staying Agile: 5 Best Practices in Software Project Management’.

Munich, 25th September 2017 - German software developer MeisterLabs is proud to announce the immediate availability of a free white paper, providing expert guidance on Agile project management. The white paper is aimed at assisting teams to implement successful Agile projects and is available to download, for free, from MeisterLabs*.

Since the Manifesto for Agile Software Management** was first launched back in 2001, mastering Agile has become the holy grail of many project managers. Surveys have found that taking an Agile approach can improve a team’s ability to manage changing priorities by 90%***, speed up delivery time to market by 37% and raise team productivity levels by 16%****.

However, since the Manifesto was launched 16 years ago, there’s been much change in the business world, and particularly the technology sector. To show how an Agile approach to project management can be successfully implemented in the present day, MeisterLabs have put together 5 best Agile practices for modern teams, covering:

1. How to begin every Agile project with a strategy sprint
2. How to develop a realistic project budget and scope
3. How to engage with client and user feedback at every iteration
4. How to enable constant communication between your business and development teams
5. How to achieve team efficiency long-term.

Having spoken with 5 successful Agile teams, and drawing on the authors’ combined 15 years of experience in project management, the MeisterLabs white paper, Staying Agile: 5 Best Practices in Software Project Management, shares a number of key challenges for teams to watch out for and accompanying strategies to overcome the common hurdles to modern teams.

The white paper is available for immediate download via https://try.meistertask.com/agile/
