runScrum is the first all-in-one Scaled Agile project management tool for Sharepoint. Developed by experienced Agile experts and Scrum coaches, runScrum offers a unique project management solution for MS Sharepoint and MS Teams, that supports all phases of a project from planning to implementation.

Developed by experienced agile coaches in an organization with over 10 years of experience with agile transformations, runScrum is the first all-in-one agile and scaled project management solution for MS Sharepoint and MS Teams. RunScrum is tailored to the needs of organizations that use Sharepoint and do not want to integrate other 3rd party products. That means runScrum is SAFE-ready, can be used directly in scaled environments and can be integrated into MS Teams.

The developers of runScrum wanted to create project management tools that allow more acceptance, clarity and effectiveness for teams, as well as for customers and stakeholders. This solution offers a number of features that scaled and agile teams need to manage their projects successfully and independent of location.

runScrum contains a number of modules that guide project management through the whole process. RunScrum organizes teams towards a common goal, supports PI-Plannings as well as cross-team collaboration for customers, stakeholders and teams simultaneously. With these comprehensive modules and features, runScrum not only supports planning and implementation, but also reporting and communication with customers.

The modules, that are available and are constantly being further developed to enable a consistent and intuitive project management, are as follows:

Agile Release Trains (ART-Management) for successfull scaling of multiple teams. RunScrum organizes the teams towards a common goal, supports PI-Plannings and cross-team collaboration.

The Scrum Board is the heart of the value creation and the runScrum Suite. Its allows the creation of multiple agile boards, sprint plannings and connections between epics, tickets and much more, all while allowing teams to identify key KPIs.

The Timesheet module allows external and internal employees to enter their project timesheets to perform capacity planning and reportings. It also provides important KPIs for project management. Another feature is the Approval Workflow for Timesheets.

The ticketing module Service Desk allows customers and departments to create and track support tickets. The important KPIs for control and communication with customers can be easily organized on the dashboard, so that all of the information is available at a glance. Customers can also be given limited access.

Three more modules will be launched in 2020: Sharepoint TimeOff Management for administration and clear presentation of attendances and absences for effective resource planning, Sharepoint Test Management for administering and reporting test cases, and Sharepoint Resource Management for effective planning of time, capacity and budget.

The runScrum Suite has only been on the market since 2019 and is constantly being developed further. These project management tools were developed by the IT service provider Blubito in a way that they would like to use themselves, but also proudly recommend to their customers. Currently runScrum can be installed and used free of charge.
