The first-ever International JavaScript Conference 2017 was a huge success

- Over 600 developers from more than 40 countries attended the IPC and iJS 2017 in Munich
- Valuable expertise was provided in over 90 sessions held by more than 60 speakers
- Attendees had the chance to participate in two conferences with one ticket: iJS and IPC

Munich, November 3, 2017 – The International JavaScript Conference took place in Munich between October 23 to 27 concomitantly with the International PHP Conference. JavaScript is everywhere — from web developers to businesses of all sizes, no one can resist the power of high-level frameworks like Angular, React, and NodeJS. At the International JavaScript Conference, attendees had the opportunity to meet internationally renowned JavaScript experts and learn more not only about vanilla JavaScript, but also the most important JS frameworks.

The five-day conference opened its doors on October 23 with five intensive power workshops about Event Storming, PHP 7, Angular, Node.js and RxJS. The main conference debuted on October 24 and featured more than 60 renowned speakers who shared their expertise in sessions and keynotes spread among six dedicated tracks: Agile & DevOps, JavaScript, PHP Development, Testing & Quality, Web Architecture and Web Development. The expo took place on October 24 to 25, where innovative companies presented their services and technologies to an audience of more than 300 people.

Another noteworthy activity was the evening event dubbed "Casino Night," where attendees and speakers had the opportunity to chat and establish new business contacts.

The last day of the conference (October 27) offered two workshops where participants got the chance to gain insight into Symfony 4 and the Angular Mobile Toolkit. The conference took place in the pleasant ambiance of the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre, which provided a beautiful atmosphere to work in and gave participants the chance to interact with one another.

The next International JavaScript Conference will take place between April 11 and April 13 in London at the Design Business Centre concomitantly with the API Conference.
