Iontas Recognized as “Missing Link” in Workforce Optimization by Leading Analyst Firm

Austin Texas and Letterkenny Ireland, June 10, 2008 – Premier global marketing intelligence firm IDC has turned the spotlight on Iontas, dubbing the software provider “the missing link” in business process management, in an article released recently.

“Iontas fills a gap that exists…whose objective is to aggregate and harness the rich source of accurate real-time data from different operating environments,” the article reads.
