Edward Rawlinson; Owner/CEO of Southside Recordz ~ (THE CONGLOMERATE), who was incarcerated in the Pinal County, Arizona Detention Center in Florence, Arizona on February 23rd 2023 (FOR CRIMES & CHARGES HE DIDN'T COMMIT AND WAS LATER EXONERATED OF BY REPRESENTING HIMSELF WITH THE HELP OF HIS BUSINESSES LEGAL DEPARTMENT); was assaulted by several unknown 'Hispanic Detention Officers' .

Early in the month of March 2023 while housed in "G-Unit Housing" of the Pinal County Sheriff Office Detention Center in Florence, Arizona. Edward Rawlinson who is a business owner and also disabled; has physical and mental medical conditions that require constant medical treatment, was "unnecessarily" and "violently" physically removed from a 'General Population Pod' for just requesting a tube of toothpaste that he went without for three to four days after coming off of 'Medical Segregation' associated with the original physical assault "criminal charges" he was arrested on February 23rd, of 2023.

On the day of the assault; Edward Rawlinson was told while standing in line to get his hygiene products, "that he could not get toothpaste because he lacked his original toothpaste core" which a previous "unknown" Hispanic Female Correctional Officer told him to leave behind in his previous 'Medical Segregation Pod'. Edward Rawlinson was ordered back to his cell area; of which he compiled.

Then Edward Rawlinson was told to shut his cell door of which he was having a hard time doing because of his physical injuries & disability and when he couldn't comply; he was violently removed unnecessarily from the G-Unit Housing Pod by several Hispanic Detention Officers and taken to the G-Unit Pod Hallway Main Entrance of the 'inmate housing area' and was handcuffed and put in an 'isolation cell' by being violently thrown against the cell wall and also had his head slammed against the cell wall aggravating previous head injuries and reaggravating his facial injury; "leaving a permanent scar", from the February 23rd, 2023 "Assault Case" he was later proved innocent of.

After being left in the 'isolation pod' for several minutes handcuffed; the same Hispanic Detention Officers came back to the cell to question Edward Rawlinson on what happened; Edward Rawlinson explained to them reasonably that he had been requesting a tube of toothpaste for three to four days, and that he merely was stressing the fact that he needed to properly brush his teeth; and that he simply dropped his other items in the "Hygiene Box" he didn't need, and from that situation the Detention Officers unnecessarily and violently removed Edward Rawlinson from "G-Unit Housing Pod".

At this point; one of the Hispanic Detention Officers said to quote "What's your problem, nobody likes you in (G-Unit) or anywhere in this jail and nobody wants you around them"; and then Edward Rawlinson simply said to quote: "That's fine I don't have to like anybody either and that he didn't care about anyone's comments while incarcerated trying to prove his innocence and wasn't interested in anyone's opinion of him", and then the Detention Officers said to quote: "Oh what so forget us too" and then started to assault Edward Rawlinson violently punching him in the head while his hands were behind his back still "handcuffed" posing no threat to the Detention Officers at all; knocking him to the ground, where four to five Hispanic Detention Officers continued to "punch him in the head" and "kick him" simultaneously. After this 'assault' they proceeded to take him to 'Medical Segregation' and almost forgot to call medical personnel; and at the last moment called in a female medical nurse, and Edward Rawlinson {out of fear of another assault from the Detention Officers} told the female medical nurse that he was okay; when in fact he was severely injured & "bloodied" and feared for his life.

Pinal County Sheriff Office Detention Center:

1. Pinal County Sheriff Office Owed A Legal Duty To Protect Edward Rawlinson's Civil Rights.

2. Pinal County Sheriff Office Detention Officers Utilized And Exhibited Discrimination Against Edward Rawlinson Who Is Disabled And Is Afforded Certain (Americans With Disabilities Act) - ADA Statue Rights.

3. Pinal County Sheriff Office Detention Officers Were Made Aware Several Times Before Assault Of Edward Rawlinson's Legitimate Hygiene Grievances, Medical Diet Needs And Physical Disability Needed Accomodations.

4. Pinal County Sheriff Office Detention Center Knew of Edward Rawlinson's Constitutional Rights Of The 5th and 6th Amendments Which Assert The Concept Of Innocence Until Proven Guilty And Heinously Violated These Rights.

The Lawsuit Will Target: ($20,000,000.00)
