Uralchem Group on Course to Expand Cooperation with Nigeria

Uralchem Group intends to continue developing cooperation with Nigerian partners. The according plans were highlighted in Moscow at a meeting of the Russia-Nigeria Business Council, held on January 26th at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The event gathered around 120 representatives of state bodies, commercial organisations and experts from both countries.

The participants discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral foreign trade and offered potential improvements such as effective optimisation of investment-related risks, new approaches to payment transactions, and state support of investment projects and joint ventures.

Agricultural industry is one of priority vectors of cooperation between Russia and Nigeria. As a global leading producer of mineral fertilisers with extensive agronomical expertise, Uralchem Group can provide a substantial momentum to the development of Nigerian agriculture. We aim for a long-term partnership with the private and public sectors in Nigeria and hope to make a significant boost to the productivity of the whole agro-industrial complex of this West African country.

Uralchem Group Signs a Memorandum for the Supply of Fertilisers to China
Uralchem Group and Xinjiang Golden Pomegranate Agricultural Import and Export Co. LTD, a Chinese importer of mineral fertilisers, signed a memorandum of understanding. The signing ceremony took place on 13 January 2024 in Urumqi, China, and was attended by representatives of nearly 130 Chinese agricultural producers interested in purchasing Uralchem Group's products.
