Last Tickets for Open Source Backup Conference available

At the two-day long conference on open source backup with focus on Bareos, international experts will talk about all the news in this field. A wide spectrum of presentations about freely available backup solutions will be offered. Now the last tickets for this event can be bought.
Nuremberg, August 27th
The Open Source Backup Conference on Bareos (former Bacula Conference) is the ideal platform to keep up to date with the latest trends and developments on open source backup, especially with Bareos. For beginners and experienced administrators, the two-day conference held in English language offers a broad range of topics and an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas with other members of the community. In addition to the presentations taking place on September 23rd, hands-on workshops will be offered at no extra charge on the day before.
This year, popular speakers like Dave Simons from Inuits or Stefan Vollmer and Jan Behrend from Max Planck-Institut are invited. Furthermore, Bareos itself will be on the spot represented by Philipp Storz, Stephan Dühr and Maik Außendorf to talk about all relevant news.

Philipp Storz, the author of the Bacula book and co-founder of Bareos, gives an introduction to Bareos: in a hands-on session Bareos will be installed and configured until a basic network backup is set up.
Two different types of the strictly limited conference tickets are bookable: one with accommodation at the conference hotel, one without. They are available via the conference site:
