Microsoft Gold Partner sa.global acquires DXC Technology's ReQlogic and Homebuilder One solutions

Chicago, IL - August 1, 2022: sa.global, a leading Microsoft Dynamics Business Solutions
Partner, is pleased to announce that they have completed the acquisition of DXC Technology's
ReQlogic and Homebuilder One solutions and some strategic clients. These are key
acquisitions for sa.global and will form a part of the core go-to-market in the region.
ReQlogic is an eProcurement, requisition, AP automation, time tracking, and expense
management solution that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, GP, SL, and
NAV, to drive efficiency and cost control. ReQlogic has been sold through the Microsoft
Dynamics channel through partners for well over a decade and currently has over 60,000
users worldwide.
Homebuilder One is a cloud-based solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and
SCM, and is designed to help homebuilders maximize resources and seamlessly track
complex projects, enabling them to deliver on-time and at higher margins.
With these acquisitions, sa.global reiterates its strong focus on the professional services
industry as well as to enable growing businesses move to the cloud.
• ReQlogic will enable sa.global to further help businesses who are using Microsoft ERPs
like NAV, GP, and Dynamics 365 Business Central to maintain business productivity by
automating processes and driving efficiencies.
• Homebuilder One will strengthen sa.global's vertical market domain offerings,
especially for the AEC and homebuilding industry.
• sa.global welcomes around 480 new clients including strategic enterprise and
managed services accounts into its fold, extending its market reach and client portfolio.

Post acquisition, sa.global plans to increase investment in the ReQlogic solution and partner

With Homebuilder One, the aim will be to reinvigorate the solution by significantly increasing
the investment in the Homebuilder One brand and solution.

by the announcement of securing $50 million in growth financing from Kartesia, an
