Optimiser has introduced Task Management Feature to Maintain

The task management feature in the Event management Suite by Optimiser is introduced for transparent communication for pre and post-event activities. With a central database for all attendees, event planners can juggle between multiple events seamlessly. Important tasks can be scheduled and reminders will be sent when the task is accomplished or as the deadline approaches. With an integrated event management platform and CRM, planners can import attendee details into the CRM account. The information will be accessible, error-free and updated. The data will be backed up in the cloud automatically to ensure none of it is lost.

Saving time and improving the productivity of the team members, details of every attendee is noted down to the T. The administrative tasks are accomplished by the automation that deals with sending event invitations, taking bookings, payment details, discount calculations, any refund or cancellation, handling check-ins and much more.

Commenting on the usefulness of the task management feature, Fiona De Ruiter, Director of client services at Optimiser said, "The task management function ensures that the event planner does not miss a single detail while planning an event. No surprises will pop up that might consume too much time. The event planners will remain updated with the tasks and the progress of the event. Planners can use the feature to send emails to attendees for boosting attendance and engagement."

Event data can be used to engage the attendees before the event to create a buzz. The collected and organised data of the attendees offer a bigger picture of likes and dislikes. By studying the preferences, the event planner can run successful campaigns that come with a personalised touch. Segmenting the audience allows effective marketing and dissemination of information. Planners can also create a personalised template or customised itineraries that hold event information. Based on geolocation, the attendees can be targeted or A/B testing campaigns testing can be done to measure the effectiveness of an event campaign.
