On March 1, 2012, the management team of NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH was enlarged and Roland Stöckert was appointed as a further managing director. Alongside of Dimitrios Makrakis, head of Business Unit Grinding & Dispersing (G&D), and Udo Enderle his major tasks are the divisions of order processing, materials management, production and service. The enlargement and split of the managing responsibility was a planned and logical step in view of the greatly expanded volume of business and the strategic ambitions of NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH and the Business Unit Grinding & Dispersing.

Roland Stöckert started his career with NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH in 1991, being responsible for organization & quality management. Since 2008 he is head of materials management, production and service of the Business Unit Grinding & Dispersing and member of the G&D Management Team. As board member he bears joint responsibility for the G&D-companies NETZSCH Indústria e Comérico Equipamentos de Moagem Ltda., Brazil and NETZSCH (Shanghai) Machinery and Instruments Co., Ltd., China.
