The fleet management software comm.fleet of community4you GmbH is based on the company's own integration platform open-EIS.

comm.fleet is an intuitive, modular and modern software that allows the entire vehicle fleet of a company to be managed optimally - regardless of size and type.

comm.fleet is able to meet any demand. No matter how a company is organized and operating, comm.fleet adapts to different structures and sectors. Like all products of community4you, the fleet management software comm.fleet is based on the company's own technological platform open-EIS.

A flexible, multitier enterprise technology with a service oriented architecture lies in the core of open-EIS for the efficient design of modern IT application in heterogeneous environments. open-EIS is the foundation on which individual, separate application modules can be combined to create a customized solution. Thus, a quicker response to changing business processes and more flexibility of the IT systems is achieved. This means, among other things, that the fleet management software can be internationally used thanks to its multilingualism. Currently the system is available - next to German and English - in five further languages, such as Russian, Chinese and Portuguese and can be extended by any language.

Due to the integrated business process orientation via MDA and MDSD, automated workflows can be mapped and adapted to company processes. Moreover, comm.fleet grows with the vehicle fleet and is fully scalable. Thanks to the modern architecture of client, application server and database, the fleet management software is database and platform independent and offers a high level of data security. Thus, due to appropriate interfaces an easy integration into any IT environment is secured. Additionally, an optimized, multilayer cache system allows the access to current data - anytime and from anywhere.
