ESDS to unveil eNlight Cloud Platform on 21st November 2011

ESDS, one of the renowned web hosting, datacenter services and turnkey solutions provider not only in India but all over the World, is all set for a grand launch of its intelligent Cloud Hosting Platform ‘eNlight’ on Monday, 21st November 2011. The inauguration will be done at the hands of Krish Srikkanth, Chairman of BCCI Selection Committee at the company’s head office in Nashik, Maharashtra. ESDS is the first company in India to conceptualise and develop such a unique Cloud Platform which includes industry first features such as Intelligent Auto Scaling, Thick Provisioning and Pay-per-Consume.

The company claims that Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaS) on eNlight platform will help in reducing the IT Infrastructure investment of companies on DR by 80%. The auto-scaling feature of eNlight allows VM’s on the Disaster Recovery site to run with minimal resources. The sizing of the VM’s of DR location can be kept minimal and the VM’s will automatically scale up if Disaster Strikes the main datacenter. Traditional DR setup results in equal investment in DC as well as DR setup, but eNlight guarantees savings of minimum 80% on the DR setup.
