Press release from: Coex Convention and Exhibition Center

Spring edition of the expo saw participation from Amazon, Ebay, and more

12TH AUGUST 2019, SEOUL, KOREA -

The fall edition of Korea’s leading expo for the premium goods industry, Seoul Sourcing Fair, will include a ‘Key Buyer Zone’ comprised of big names in the global market, plus free consulting for local and international SMEs. The B2B-focused expo will take place at Coex from September 26th to 29th 2019, with an expected 210 exhibitors and 7000 attendees.

Coex’s ‘biz-matching progam’ sees big-name buyers paired via an advance-booking system with local and international businesses in the gifts and premium goods sector. Coex estimates that more than 1 in 3 scheduled meetings result in new trade deals. Participants of the program during the spring show included Amazon, Ebay, Korea-giant Koryo Gifts, and more.

In addition, complimentary expert consulting available for both local and overseas SMEs will span topics such as exporting, patenting, design, and funding.

Seoul Sourcing Fair Fall 2019 is split into four themes: gifts, living, beauty, and ‘smart’, with all zones showcasing the latest in global trends and new products from Korea and beyond. The Korea Institute of Design Promotion will also host a diverse range of free seminars, spanning product creation, product trends, marketing, and store design.
