Halo Monitoring to Demonstrate Groundbreaking Fall Detection System during Health Care Innovation Day in Washington, DC

Huntsville, AL-October 11, 2010 – Chris Otto, the CEO of Halo Monitoring, will explain to healthcare policy makers, industry leaders and public/private funders how innovative wireless technologies such as the myHalo fall detection system, are transforming the nation’s healthcare system by savings lives, dollars, and bringing peace of mind to seniors and their families.

Otto will demonstrate the life-saving myHalo medical alarm, which summons help automatically if a senior falls without the need to push a button, during Health Care Innovation Day in Washington. The wireless health technology showcase is organized by the West Wireless Health Institute, a non-profit research organization promoting the use of wireless health solutions aimed at lowering health care costs.
