''The Echo Center'' Celebrates 10 Years at Gala Event - Celebrity VIP Lounge hosted by Adam Scott

Los Angeles, CA (September 20, 2010): Adam Scott, star of NBC’s Parks and Recreation, is set to host the 10 Year Anniversary of The Center for Nonviolent Education and Parenting (CNVEP) on Oct. 2, 2010. Joined by his wife Naomi, the evening will celebrate a remarkable 10 years of success and the launch of the non-profit’s new name, The Echo Center. Special guests will walk the Red Carpet in support of the event and experience the VIP treatment in the Celebrity Lounge. Guests will enjoy silent and live auctions, delicious cuisine prepared by private chefs, specialty cocktails, dancing, dazzling sleight of hand by magician Dave Cox and more. The festivities begin at 6:00pm at Rec Center Studio in the Historic Jensen Building located in Echo Park.

Adam Scott, who recently joined the cast of the critically acclaimed NBC show Parks and Recreation as a series regular, is also known for his starring role on the Starz original series Party Down. Thrilled to be hosting such a momentous occasion, Adam and his family are strong advocates of The Echo Center and committed to its mission.
