Thriving Business Networking Group Welcomes Mid-Derbyshire Parliamentary Candidate

BNI 2 Valleys Chapter welcomes Pauline Latham to its group meeting this coming Friday to discuss the region’s commercial environment.

As part of her ‘Latham Listens’ initiative, Conservative candidate, Pauline Latham, is taking the opportunity to meet face to face with the group’s members, all owners or senior staff from over thirty diverse and successful businesses from around the Derby and Nottingham area. Many are based or operate within her potential mid Derbyshire constituency and Pauline hopes to derive a greater understanding of the issues affecting their success, enabling her to make informed decisions, should she make it to Whitehall following this years elections.

Chapter Director, Mark Campbell, commented: “We’re always happy to receive visitors to the group, most of whom come to see first hand the potential to grow their businesses. However, if we can provide Mrs. Latham with a means to meet local businesses with the prospect of helping them flourish, then that can only be a positive thing”.

The Two Valleys chapter falls into the top ten percent of this figure in relation to business generated, with over £1.1 million passed between members in the last year.

BNI Two Valleys meets at 6.45am every Friday at the Long Eaton Novotel Hotel, close to junction 25 of the M1, between Derby and Nottingham.

Following open networking, the group adjourns to a meeting room to enjoy breakfast, education and member presentations and a formal passing of business referrals.
