Enrichment versus Culture Shock
Press release from: CONSULTus Expatriate Briefings & Intercultural Seminars GmbH
(openPR) - Frankfurt am Main, Germany (Juli 07, 2009) - New country, new Culture, new Language - but no social Network. These changes appear easy, except for those living them - Expats abroad face these challenges on a daily basis.
Consultus GmbH in Germany, a specialist in customized assignment and intercultural trainings for Expat families, has more than 20 years of experience in the larger relocation field. With the launch of the subsidiary company - Expat Cuisine- , a “tasty” addition is offered to round of the menu of services for the expatriate population in Frankfurt, Germany. Theme specific cooking courses are supplemented with a variety of expat events.
The two fold focus is always, country and culture specific infotainment combined with ample tools and opportunities for the participants to create a new social network abroad.
“… for example our scheduled culinary course on the local Hessian cuisine is not only fun, communicative ( and tasty!), but engages the participants in an interactive way with each other and everyone takes home inside information on their new environment” says Hilly van Swol-Ulbrich, managing partner of Consultus GmbH.
