(openPR) - Flensburg/Germany, June 2009 –The 2wcom DSR01 Digital Satellite Receiver was chosen by Media Broadcast GmbH over other suppliers to suit the requirements of Antenne Bayern. The decision to go with 2wcom GmbH was based on the company’s product philosophy as well as the DSR01’s optimal technical features.

The DSR01 Digital Satellite Receiver marks the start of this new product concept.
The focus of Antenne Bayern was on the following requirements: very short boot time, quick satellite synchronisation, adjustable and stable audio delay time of 10 ms to 1000 ms, support of low symbol rates of 128 Ksym/s in DVB-S as well as DVB-S2 in the clearest audio quality.
“The implementation of these standards has been a success. Especially in the area of professional Audio and RDS Decoding we are confident to offer one of the most convincing solutions in the market,” emphasizes Werner Drews the advantages of the DSR01.
