SG131-DW WirelessHART Gateway Module
E-Senza’s production-ready SG131-DW WirelessHART Gateway module gives OEMs an economical, flexible, and supportive platform to meet their demanding delivery schedules. The embedded WirelessHART gateway engine provides support for all required universal and common practice HART commands as defined in HCF Spec-290. It is also responsible for network traffic management, time synchronization tasks, and connectivity to DCS systems over Modbus-TCP.
SenzaNMP – WirelessHART Network Manager Portal
E-Senza’s unique WirelessHART architecture employs an external Network Manager optimized for fifty devices. The SenzaNMP application can be installed on either a host computer or an embedded PC. It provides the following features: WirelessHART network management, security management, web based device and network monitoring, communications scheduling between WirelessHART nodes, routing table management and critical task management. An intuitive web-based graphical user interface allows retrieval of process values using standard HART commands, historical and real-time charting of these values, and data export capability.
SB150-WA WirelessHART Adapter Module
E-Senza’s SB150-WA WirelessHART Adapter is part of E-Senza’s WirelessHART 7.1 standards-compliant infrastructure family of products for OEMs. The SB150-WA enables remote wireless access to the intelligent information trapped in field devices, thus dramatically improving plant operations.
Available as an OEM module, ready for packaging, the SB150-WA WirelessHART Adapter connects to existing HART field instruments in series with the 4-20mA current-loop that powers the instrument. Various power and battery options are available, as well as an implementation that allows the adapter to perform as a standalone WirelessHART router.
Quick Path Program, Pricing and Availability
To ease OEM integration, E-Senza offers comprehensive hardware and software design services thus providing a Quick Path to product availability. To further simplify packaging and software integration activities source code, and hardware design files are available for all products.
