The stacked barcodes are multi-row barcodes that are stacked on top of one another. These are compact barcodes that may be read by special scanners or barcode reading softwares. The new fonts are built upon a solid foundation that is already used by many Fortune 500 companies around the world.
A barcode font is a specially designed font that allows you to create barcodes using normal text characters. Working with it is as simple as installing the fonts, and copying the barcode text from the built-in Encoder. The versatility of a barcode font makes it easy to enable barcodes in third party applications that support text display. It is ideal for projects that prefer a text-based solution (instead of a graphical-based solution) for their barcoding needs. A common use for the barcode fonts is the mass generation of barcodes for a column of cells in spreadsheets.
