Monday 2017-10-23 wine auction at CAVEX Wine Auctions, twelve bottles of Rousseau A - Chambertin Clos de Beze vintage 2008 in a bottle size 750 ml, were sold off for 1.005,54 €. In a dramatic bidding war the value climbed until 1.005,54 € per 750 ml bottle and realized this fantastic world record for fine wine prices. Since the last wine price on the 2017-10-13 at Zachys Wine Auction Online which achieved a wine value of 635,06 €, the current performance is 370,48 € or +58,34 %. The organisers of the CAVEX Wine Auctions wine auction have hailed growing demand for high-end wines from all over the world, as this month event achieved record prices.

One bottle Leflaive - Batard Montrachet vintage 2010 in a 3.000 ml wine bottle got a new owner for 2.244,92 €. The most affordable wine values were 72 bottles La Fleur Morange vintage 2008 traded in the 750 ml bottle. The auctioneer got an offer from 12,63 € per bottle.

One of the least expensive wines was ranked third in the "more affordable wine price category". It went to a 2006 Lagrange St Julien with a wine auction price of 32,74 € per 750 ml wine bottle.
