Every so often Directors Lounge will publish interviews with artists, directors, producers or others related to the Directors Lounge . We hope to add a new platform to our screenings, exhibitions and online video that serves as a valuable source of background informations and as bridge between the artists and the public.

Fanhall Studio spreading the spirit of independence in Chinese cinema
Marina Foxley conducted an interview with Zhu Rikun, founder of Fanhall Studio and curator of our forthcoming presentation of independent Chinese documentaries.
Zhu Rikun is the producer of Dream Walking, an independent Chinese documentary, that just received the Great Prize of the festival "Cinema du Reel" held in Centre Pompidou in Paris (March, 10th to 19th).

Directors Lounge organize screenings of short, experimental works from many different genres.We invite artists, curators, critics to specific discussions and lectures.
