BambooSK8 is proud to be a part of the innovative eco movement in the Action Sports Industry; having been a corporate member of ASEC since 2007.
The “Recycle Your Brain” event will be another exciting opportunity for BambooSK8 to promote the movement towards sustainability in action sports, and allow attendees to test their impressive 100% bamboo skateboards. Geoff Koboldt, President of BambooSK8 stated, ”The time is NOW for all companies in the action sports industry to come together and pool resources so we can all “be” green as an industry versus “going” green per se. The ASEC “Recycle Your Brain” event will take place this Saturday the 6th of December 2008 at Marina High School in Huntington Beach, Ca. Lots of Pro’s, Action Sports & Natural Product companies and a couple thousand students & family members from the surrounding community will be in attendance. There will be Skate & Bike demos, Game of Skate comp, Carnival Games, Natural foods & Products samplings & sales, Pro autograph sessions, Music Powered by Solar, Sustainable Solutions Companies for home & business, workshops as well as many popular and progressive Action Sports Brands featuring their natural product lines.
