Vodafone D2 Germany deploys cVidya’s Dealer Commission Verification Solution

Media & Telecommunications
Press release from: cVidya
PR Agency: NCSM
(openPR) - Solution allows Vodafone to optimise dealers' commissioning process and prevent commission-settlement errors.

London, UK, December 2, 2008 – cVidya Networks, a global leader of Telecom Data Integrity, Revenue Assurance and Dealer Management systems, announced today that Vodafone Germany has signed an agreement for implementation of cVidya's Data Integrity and DealerMap® Commission Verification solution.

This solution allows Vodafone D2 Germany to better monitor their dealers’ behaviour and performance, and enables rapid and easy identification of settlement errors in the commissioning process of their dealers.

"We are proud to be selected by Vodafone D2 Germany and look forward to deploying cVidya's DealerMap solution across their operations,” said Alon Aginsky, CEO at cVidya Networks. "Commissions and incentives for dealers make up 15% of the total expenses of an average mobile operator, and there is a growing need to monitor these transactions. The DealerMap suite is our offering for facilitating transparency in exchanging transactions and managing relationship between operators and their dealers. There is a growing need for a centralized system, which will manage the dealer life cycle within the organization and detect any abnormal behaviour thus guarantying best financial results. This solution meets the needs of the operators due to the growing complexity in managing a multiple-dealers-environment”.

cVidya launched the DealerMap® Management suite last year, offering innovative solution for Dealer Assurance by making use of cVidya’s unified platform.
The DealerMap® Management suite enables operators to manage and monitor the full sale cycle, as well as to minimize fraudulent and suspicious behavior of their dealers. cVidya's DealerMap® suite is composed of a set of stand-alone modules. These include: DealerMap®/Fraud Management for monitoring suspicious and fraudulent behavior, DealerMap®/Commission Verification for assuring correct commission calculation and payments, and DealerMap®/Commission Management, an operational platform for building dealers commission plans and monitoring dealer performance.
