Bolortsetseg holds an advanced diploma in Public Affairs from the Academy of Management of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Resources Development from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, where she lived and worked for over 5 years as a Career Counselor.
