(openPR) - Veenendaal – October 07th 2008 - OTYS Recruiting Technology, specialist in erecruitment software, launches a smart and powerful search & match tool which searches databases with candidates and jobs. The new tool is based on the Belgian Actonomy artificial intelligence based searching technology.
Based on Actonomy xMP software recruiters can easily search letters, CV’s, notes and reports for specific keywords and variations to those, much more efficient than with traditional search techniques.
Missed candidates, insufficient search results, traditional database queries which recruiters have to redefine over and over: all this is ancient history. The xMP Guided Search technology searches databases much more profoundly, enabling recruiters to really get to the core of their data. This system helps users by analysing the searched criteria, and automatically searching for related criteria. When words are different but have the same meaning, or have clear relations to other words, the system will definitely find them.
Next to that it allows to search through unstructured documents within the same stroke as searching through the database. This way, recruiters can search e.g. for translators with experience with the Trados translation software: the OTYS application will search the database for Translators, and simultaneously the unstructured documents (CVs) for Trados. In traditional systems, recruiters will get a list with translators, and will have to analyse each CV in Word or PDF manually.
