MEDIA ALERT: Imperato to Meet with Potential Vice President of the United States
New York, NY – February 27, 2006 – In an unconfirmed report, US Politics World has learned today that Daniel Imperato will be meeting with a potential Vice Presidential Running Mate for the 2008 Presidential Elections.Daniel Imperato, an independent candidate for President, has recently garnered massive international support with endorsements coming from political leaders, music executives, Hispanics, religious and clerical leaders, business professionals, and medical doctors.
The meeting has been rumored to take place today, although the location and time have yet to be confirmed.
Imperato recently launched a nationwide search for a Vice President due to problems with ballot access for an independent candidate which prevents candidates from signing nominating petitions without a running mate.
Speculation has already started to mount regarding who the possible Vice President could be.
It has been suggested that Imperato is considering someone from the New York area, which could include the likes of New York Governor George Pataki, former New York Mayor Rudolph Guiliani, or Charles Schumer.
Additionally, others have speculated that Imperato will take a woman as a Vice President, which has brought the names of Elizabeth Dole, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer, and Condoleezza Rice to surface.
There is also rumors that Imperato is looking to consolidate all third parties, so the options of Ralph Nader, Michael Peroutka, or Michael Bednarik still remain possible.
