Il fondo d'investimenti Hermes-Sojitz lancerà la rete di hotel boutique Hermes Heritage Hotels

Il fondo internazionale d'investimenti diretti Hermes-Sojitz ha iniziato l'esecuzione del progetto di rete di hotels boutique Hermes Heritage Hotels. Alla fase iniziale collezione si comporrà di 12 alberghi unici situati nel nord dell'Italia. Dopo di aver finito questa fase, progettato per la fine del 2018, il fondo pianifica di allargare la rete fino a 50 alberghi ed uscire all'IPO.
Il fondo internazionale d'investimenti diretti Hermes-Sojitz ha dichiarato, a meta del 2016, la creazione di rete di hotel boutique. Al momento presente sono studiati il concetto e il nome, sono definiti gli immobili per costruire i primi hotel boutique, 7 oggetti di beni immobili in lavoro tra cui ci sono palazzi antichi, serrature e grandi case di campagna situate in varie regioni dell'Italia del nord. Nel prossimo futuro saranno attratti gli investimenti supplementari e saranno aggiunti ancora 5 oggetti edili.Dopo di finire i lavori, uno degli operatori alberghieri internazionali più importanti sarà impegnato nella amministrazione di rete.
Secondo le parole del capo dell'ufficio rappresentativo russo del fondo Hermes-Sojitz, Oleg Yantovsky, al primo stadio che include 12 alberghi con il numero totale di stanze più di 540, il progetto sarà capace di generare il reddito per gli investitori al livello di 10,9% all'anno. Per scalata ulteriore del progetto sarà organizzato l'IPO e l'espansione di rete fino a 50 alberghi con il numero totale di stanze 2250 - 2500. La redditività dopo la realizzazione della seconda fase farà il 12% all'anno.
Gli investitori sia stranieri, sia russi sono interessati nella partecipazione al progetto Hermes Heritage Hotels. Oleg Yantovsky fa i commenti: "Il modello di business è orientata alla creazione non di un hotel boutique, ma della rete, e proprio la rete è prospettica ed interessante dal punto di vista di redditività per quest'oggi, a questo proposito cresce l'interesse per fare gli investimenti e l'efficacia commerciale di questo progetto".
Il fondo internazionale d'investimenti Hermes-Sojitz si specializza in investimenti diretti in progetti nel territorio di Asia, Africa e l'Europa. Le direzioni d'investimenti di fondo sono: lo sviluppo di depositi minerali, l'industria alimentare ed il business di sviluppatore. Adesso il centro di attività del fondo è focalizzato sull'esecuzione di progetti di hotel boutique in Italia e Russia. Il costo di beni sotto il controllo di Hermes-Sojitz fanno $42 miliardi.
