• Instant notifications to our drivers of customer pick up/drop-off changes.
• Automatic route calculation to save gas and time, the order in which the driver picks up or drops off the customers should be optimized for time and fuel.
• Does not require the dealership or the drivers to install any software. Must be completely accessible via the web.
• Harness the power of driver's own smart phones.
• Must be compatible with BDCs for dealerships that use them.
• Drivers must be notified instantly of any added/changed customer trip information.
• Advisors can opt to be alerted via text message when their customer is dropped off or picked up successfully.
• Customer's can opt to be alerted via text message when driver is headed their way, or is ready to leave the dealership.
• Finally it must be simple! It has be easy to use and operate.
We were able to make all these features and more a reality.
This software was created in a dealership, by fixed ops management to be used for real world situations and problems. It has been tested heavily in several dealerships the ensure quality and ease of use. We have tested it with drivers that had never used a smartphone in their life, but within minutes they were using Shuttle Commander effectively.
Simple as 1, 2, 3;
1. Your advisor adds a customer pick up or drop-off to the Shuttle Commander.
2. The customer's info instantly appears to all of your drivers. One of your drivers clicks to accept the customer.
3. Shuttle Commander adds the customer to his route and instantly guides the driver through the most efficient route to complete his pickups and drop-offs.
