(openPR) - When performance and safety in water supply systems is most important than the valves are used with hydraulic brake and lift cylinders from VAG. Installed as emergency shut-off valves, VAG brake and lift cylinders can be assembled on Butterfly Valves or on Plunger Valves. They stop the flow very quickly without creating any water hammer. Depending on the customer requirements everything is integrated on the VAG brake and lift cylinders, the actuator as well as the control units in a compact assembly. The ready-to-use assembly is delivered with a choice of fitted clamps or control unit. The unit only needs to be connected to the power supply to be put it into operation. When being used alone the actuating times of the brake and lift cylinder can be set individually on site or by the adjustable flow control valve.
