The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is the healthcare reform law that expands and improves access to care and curbs spending through regulations and taxes. It was a tough filing season in regards to the new ACA 1094 and 1095 forms. Employers faced several challenges, and as soon as we all got comfortable we find out the IRS this summer released the draft forms for 2016 filing season with several updates. There is a significant impact of the President's executive order on employer plans down the road. As a result, employers still have to be prepared to comply with the ACA’s reporting requirements, for which the first deadline falls on February 28, 2017.

The 1 hour webinar will be conducted by Dayna Reum who has been heavily involved in the payroll industry for over 17 years and is a Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association. She is currently the Payroll Tax and Garnishment Manager at PetSmart Inc.
