The Tasting Room

The Tasting Room is almost Holy ground for wine lovers from around the world. You can enjoy a tour of the historic vineyards and winery and taste a selection of award wines while savouring the stunning panorama vineyards with the beautiful Gangapur Lake in the distance. You can also take your favourite pick after the tasting from the bottle shop; some really great discounts here will sure make both you and your wallet happy! The merchandise store even provides little souvenirs that you can carry with you along with your beautiful Sula memories. Don’t forget to click a lot of pictures for memories!

Restaurants

Soma at Sula

Soma, with 4 years of delighting customers in its last avatar, is a much-loved restaurant set amidst the vineyards. It's re-opening earlier this year has taken foodies by storm. Sumptuous Indian cuisine paired with delicious wines is what Soma has in store for you. All recipes are tastefully designed by the house of Kalra’s accompanied by a recommended wines list that is hard to resist. The kitchen offers a coal roasted Indian clay oven (tandoor), slow cooked Indian pan delights and a sinful dessert selection. The menu is skilfully curated with Veg and Non-veg delicacies like Paneer Rara, Murgh Shammi Kebab, Galouti Kebab etc. It is an absolute delight served on the platter for all the food lovers.

Little Italy at Sula

The newly re-opened Little Italy is a one of its kind offering by Sula and a treat to Italian food enthusiasts. The menu is rich with delicious food and your taste buds are in for a real treat as soon as you step in. Pizzas served fresh and hot from a wood-fired oven, Exotic Italian preparations like ‘Pizza Napoli’ ‘Pesto Pizza’ and a few with a slight Indian twist ‘Bombay Pizza’ ‘Nawabi Pizza’ etc. Choice of Pasta from Spaghetti, Penne, Fusilli, and Ravioli served in various creamy and spicy sauces and vegetables grown in Sula’s own organic farm. Every preparation comes with a recommendation of Sula’s popular wines. This sure offers a true 'Farm to Fork' dining experience you will want to come back for.

Both the restaurants are charming with a relaxed ambience. Warm lighting , beautiful paintings and wall hangings, colourful bottles vases and chandeliers give it a very urban look and the use of old world furniture adds in the classic retro look. Be it a romantic date or a casual family dinner the setting is ideal with colourful decor made from wood. Tucked behind rolling hills of Gangapur and surrounded by the serenity of its calm waters, Beyond by Sula has a new avatar with 10 luxurious rooms for an off-the-grid experience like no other. Located amidst Sula’s lush green vineyards, is the beautiful open-air Amphitheatre. With the cool breeze from Gangapur Lake flowing right towards you, the view of the vineyards against the backdrop of hills around – is the perfect set up for celebrating any occasion!
