(openPR) - Symposia24 was founded with the aim of making conferences, congresses and conventions world wide visible, independent of location and, amount of participants and topic, to support new innovations and ideas.
Any Organisation or Individual, University or Study group, which is interested in self improvement through education and uses the Internet to search for innovation or wishes to present their own innovation at a conference has, up to now, been left unsatisfied after many fruitless search attempts to find what they really desire. Many organisations, including non-profit organisations, offer their own special topics and themes for events and conferences. Some of these organisations do not enjoy the luxury of a marketing department to organise such events and to make them visible to the world. Many Web sites have limitations on location and venue type, participant selection and numbers. This can be a limitation on theme and target group for the call to conference.
To fill this wide information gap, Symposia24 was founded to provide a service to event manager and organisations of any size to announce their event for free on a symposia portal.
This missing piece of the puzzle is provided to allow individuals and organisations offering or searching for conferences, congresses and conventions, to find and present innovative ideas.
The conference portal offers, free of charge, the opportunity to all organizations and event teams to place a call for paper or call for tutorial on the website; along with the ability to find presenters for the planned conference. After finalizing the program the conference alert and announcement can also be placed on the web sites for free.
Experts looking for a conference to present their innovation or interested individuals looking for events can search, without time constraints, on the portal. Sorted according to categories, for example Medical, Engineering, Electronics, Research, Education or Interpersonal, identification of a specific topic is quick and easy. A quick search for venues and events by country, location or other criteria is also possible. In addition, all recent activity and information is available in a monthly newsletter, accessible to all who wish to subscribe.
An additional Yellow Pages function is offered free of charge. This tool allows the event organiser to search national and international lists of training providers, event managers and venues. On the other hand training providers, event managers and venues can them with a service charge to be close to their customers.
This service will be extended for conference teams in the near future to support and assist them from the first idea to the post event activities to ensure a successful event
The idea was born to provide the service at that time as Sven-Olaf Schulze, one of the founders of Symposia24, tried to place a call for paper on a web site. No independent site was available to put the call for paper or limitations were given. With Thomas Eilers, the expert for web design, he founded on 1 January 2008 Symposia24 to fill the gap and provide an independent full life-cycle conference service
