Another partner joins rwzh in the field IP Litigation
As of 15th September 2016 Dr. Eckart Warnke will join the IP boutique law firm rwzh Rechtsanwälte in Munich. He is specialised on the litigious enforcement of technical protective rights in particular. The 41 year old went into business for himself in 2012 after stints with Lorenz Seidler Gossel and Boehmert & Boehmert. Since then he has been working for well-known domestic and foreign clients under his own flag. Besides his activities in patent litigation his further practical focus lies on strategic suppression of product piracy combining all kinds of intellectual property rights. Dr. Warnke intends to continue and expand his trustful cooperation with external patent attorneys also in this new formation.Thereby rwzh Rechtsanwälte further pushes their IP litigation practice that has grown significantly in the last few years.
