1. Welcome Cocktail

A particular Martini Cocktail make with our special ingredient: Small Truffle Peaches.

2. Artisanal Cold Cuts

You'll try regional cold cuts, in particular:

- Buffalo salami from Sicily

- Soppressata sweet and spicy from Basilicata

3. Sicilian Cheeses

Are you ready to make a particular trip in Sicily using your sense?

For you a great selection of Sicilian Cheeses, in particular you'll try our Pecorino Cheese with Bronte Pistachos PDO and Scent of Sicily PDO and you'll discover the difference with others Pecorino Cheeses made with Vegetable Curd

4. Mustards

Cheeses will be match with our artisanal mustards, in particular we have chosen:

- mustard with cherry tomatoes

- mustard with Figs

5. Apulia Taralli

Traditional in Apuglia to enjoy alone or together with other products.

Our Taralli are flavored and spicy to eat togher wines or soft drinks.

6. Tarts

We prepare a plate with a variety of tarts with artisan cream with black truffles and porcini mushrooms to taste with our selection of Abruzzo wines.

Our truffles and porcini mushrooms: are found in the Mountain of Abruzzo and Lazio, their quality are the best in Italy thanks the landscape and environment. Flavor and Smell are very strong and particular match with red wine.

7. Wine selection

For the first time in London, you'll can try Filomusi Guelfi Wines: Montepulciano D.O.C. (Red) and Scuderie del Cielo (White). This wines are the result of a traditional process that only Filomusi Guelfi make today. Every grapes are selected and harvest by hand. The wine making is really traditional in a little winery in Tocco da Casauria, historical area for the wine making in Abruzzo.

8. Dessert

Try our cakes of Falcone, confectionery company of Abruzzo that produce all traditional cakes and biscuits.

You'll try "Il Piacere" a cake filled with Hazelnut Cream in a soft, sweet dough, covered with chopped hazelnuts.
