Because Bio Manufaktur Spitz has received many gold medals for its products over the past 5 years, it has now received a prestigious award from the DLG.

Bio Manufaktur Spitz from Vettelschoß has been honored for the first time with the "Award for long-term product quality" by the DLG Food Test Center. The company award stands for consistent striving for quality and is only awarded if food products have been regularly and successfully tested by the DLG for at least five years.

Heinz Spitz reveals the basis for the success of his vegan organic liqueurs: "I only use selected natural ingredients for our spirits. Our fruit liqueurs have a high proportion of organic fruit juices and our organic spirits have plenty of time to mature in peace in our barrels. You can taste that."

It's not just the many awards at international tastings that show that it works, Sales Manager S. Kretz adds: "We are particularly pleased about the many recommendations from our customers. That's better than any advertisement and is fun for both sides."

To receive the internationally recognized award, the spirits have to pass many tests. The declaration on the label in accordance with regulations, several laboratory tests and, last but not least, the important sensory testing by independent experts. This is where the decisive factor for the consumer is tested: the taste.

"The DLG tests spirits every year in elaborate procedures and supports distilleries with a neutral expert assessment to make the quality of their products visible," says DLG project manager Thomas Burkhardt.
