3-D Bail Bonds and Fugitive Recovery Agency Successfully Return Fugitive to Connecticut

3-D Bail Bonds, Inc., in conjunction with the Fugitive Recovery Agency, is proud to announce the successful apprehension and return of fugitive Joshua Rock to Connecticut. Mr. Rock was wanted for failing to appear in court at Danielson GA 11 in September and October 2023 for multiple charges, including Violation of Probation on Assault in the Second Degree.

Subsequently, additional warrants were issued for domestic Assault out of the New London Police Department and DUI and evading out of the Connecticut State Police, Troop E in Montville. After diligent investigation, agents ascertained Mr. Rock's location to be in Phoenix, Arizona. The bail bonds company petitioned the court for extradition. However, due to the court's inability to provide a timely response, the bail company took the initiative along with local agents from Phoenix, to apprehend and return the wanted fugitive to Connecticut.

Agents surrendered Rock to the New London Police Department early Saturday afternoon. He is currently being held on multiple bonds totaling over $150,000.
