Did you learn anything from writing your book and what was it?

The process of articulating and structuring the concepts around the Nimdier Business Transformation Blueprint™ deepened my understanding of business transformation strategies and the importance of adaptability in uncertain times.

Do you have anything specific that you want to say to your readers?

Adopting change and fostering a transformational mindset during times of uncertainty is key to thriving in life and at work.

.How do you think being a writer has helped you as a person?

The writing process helped me to refine my thoughts, articulate complex ideas in simpler terms, and gain a broader perspective on the impact of strategic transformation in the business world.

What books/authors have influenced your writing?

I am always interested in works related to business strategy, transformation, and leadership. To that effect, Seth Godin, Toni Morrison, and Wole Soyinka, Ama Atta Aidoo are my biggest influencers

What genre do you consider your book?

The book falls into the non-fiction genre, specifically focusing on business, leadership, and organizational change.

What were the challenges (research, literary, psychological, and logistical) in bringing it to life?

I had the initial challenge of defining the problem I was trying to address. That was tough, because as a writer you cannot afford to fire from all angles. Focus matters. It may seem narrow in terms of scope and target audience. However, when you identify the problem and create your book outline, positioning your solution becomes easier. The other difficulties were conducting thorough research to back up the theme of each chapter. You also need to ensure that the book is well-structured to make it accessible and engaging. Lastly, the book title and book cover were the most long-drawn-out process. These two elements sell a book. I had to rely on peers, friends, and colleagues to support me. They were a blessing.

Who is the most supportive person in your life when it comes to your writing?

My three daughters.
