The venue for the meeting and sleeping rooms has been announced as Harrah's Las Vegas, home of The Twins Dueling Pianos Show. The Piano Ladies are thrilled to be hosted by the hotel that has been home to a female-led dueling piano bar show for more than 20 years. Harrah's will be providing support and sustenance throughout the conference, as well as providing discounted rooms for speakers and attendees alike.

The Piano Ladies Conference is brought together by four exceptional organizers, each contributing their unique talents and experiences to empower women in the piano industry.
Susan Erwin Prowse, the founder of Piano Ladies, is a singing piano entertainer with a thriving international music career. With a background in classical piano and a degree in Pure Mathematics, Susan left her corporate career to pursue her passion for music. Together with her husband Cliff, she established Big Red Dog Productions, a music production and artist development company. Their annual Yadaloo Music & Arts Festival and their e-commerce store, Rainy Ray, further showcase their artistic brand.
Tammy Tanner, also known as Tammy T., is the CEO of Dippner Entertainment Agency. Growing up in a musical family, Tammy taught herself to play piano and embarked on a solo performing career. She gained experience in marketing, booking, and talent management while working at piano bars in Europe. Her dedication to music led her to redesign and own her own club, informing her role at Dippner Entertainment Agency today. She continues to entertain audiences with her piano performances worldwide.
Desiree Irwin, the National Entertainment Director of Howl at the Moon at Sea, brings over 30 years of experience as a musician and music career consultant. As a songwriter, performer, and facilitator, she believes in the transformative power of music. Desiree assists individuals and organizations in reaching their full potential through creative coaching and strategic planning. Her commitment to living authentically and compassionately guides her work.
Jen Porter, owner of JJP Productions, is an acclaimed singer, songwriter, and entertainer. Known for her energetic live performances, Jen has been a prominent figure in the entertainment industry for over two decades. From performing in bars and clubs in Chicago to residencies in the Caribbean and Europe, she has showcased her talent and built a reputation as one of the hardest working women in the industry. With multiple albums and a long-standing role as the resident singer of the National Anthem for MLB's Chicago White Sox, Jen continues to captivate audiences with her music.
Together, these organizers bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the Piano Ladies Conference, creating a platform for women in the piano world to connect, learn, and excel.
