With over five years in academia, her roles in various institutions reflect her passion for mentorship and community upliftment. As a teenage mom, her resilience exemplifies her commitment to redefining narratives for underserved communities. A passionate entrepreneurial leader, she symbolizes empowerment, equity, and transformation. The Fempreneur Poder Hub, born from Jennifer's journey, addresses systemic challenges faced by Latina entrepreneurs, providing education, resources, tools, and a support network to turn entrepreneurial visions into reality. This nonprofit embodies la esperanza for change, representing Jennifer's lifelong dedication as a changemaker uplifting others.
"How could I stand out? Moreover, how could I empower other women facing similar challenges to stand out as well? We may lack the right connections but have grit, drive, talent, and wisdom. I yearned for establishing a space where we could unite, collaboratively elevating and connecting one another." shares Jennifer.
Through her story, Jennifer aims to share the lessons she has been through. "People often ask how I persevered through those challenges, and I think it's important to share that what kept me going was a deep sense of wanting to succeed and feeling supported by everyone who came before me."
