Introducing Paperwork: Bridging the Gap in Greeting Cards with Thoughtful Design

[ATLANTA, OCTOBER 2023] - In a world where words have the power to encourage, strengthen, repair, and affirm, Paperwork is stepping up to fill the void that often exists in the greeting card department for guys. Launching this month, they introduce a range of paper goods meticulously crafted to help men express themselves and connect with their loved ones more meaningfully.

"There's such a need for words," says Jason Orme, co-founder of Paperwork. "Yet, all too often guy's words go unspoken, and they leave a void. The problem isn't a lack of desire to relate on a deeper level with people we care about. Often it's a lack of knowing how."

Paperwork was born from co-founders' design expertise and passion for nurturing relationships coming together to create a line of greeting cards men are proud to give and receive. They offer guys a toolset to be more intentional and prepared for all the occasions and relationships where previously they had been left searching for the right words and the right cards to do so.

Paperwork is launching two flagship products with a Kickstarter this October:

Better Half Pack: designed to help men connect with their significant others throughout the year. Includes cards that can flex between occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, apologies, sympathy, celebrations, and appreciation and the Use Your Words guidebook.

Everyday Kit: perfect for all those everyday moments that deserve a note: friend's birthday, colleague's promotion, a neighbor's act of kindness. Includes: thank you notes (5), birthday cards (5), congratulations cards (4), apology cards (3), and sympathy cards (3) and the Use Your Words guidebook.

The Use Your Words guide booklet offers tips and prompts for effective communication for any occasion.

All cards are 4.25 x 5.5" (A2) folded and blank inside. Using Risograph printing on recycled French Paper card stock, the cards provide a quality, tactile feel and come with corresponding French Paper envelopes. The designs are intentionally flexible, ensuring that a single card can be used for multiple occasions, fostering creativity and meaningful connections.

Paperwork will send greeting cards, guides, and kits to backers before the holidays. You can get prepped to thoughtfully share your words and avoid those last-minute trips to the card aisle.
