Guest appearance from Craig Weiss at eXact learning solutions’ User Group conference

Italy-based eXact learning solutions, the digital learning content management business solution provider, is holding a User Group conference for its customers based in the British Isles. The conference is scheduled to be held at the Ibis London Earl’s Court Hotel on 27th January – as a preface to the Learning Technologies conference and exhibition, which opens the following day in London’s Olympia.

Valerio Torda, eXact learning solutions’ managing director, explained: “In addition to having the opportunity for some useful peer-to-peer business networking, User Group delegates will discover eXact learning solutions’ plans for further developing the eXact learning content management system (LCMS). These plans will also be explained at the Learning Technologies event.”

Among the eXact learning LCMS’s improved features are:
• For subject matter experts and content authors: one-click, multiple formats publishing and integration with Microsoft Office tools
• For managers and administrators: Business analysis reports and project management enhancements; support for TinCan API and learning record store (LRS) reports

“There’ll also be a chance to learn from, and share with, fellow eXact learning LCMS users via a number of user case studies, presented by ‘big name’ organisations,” added Valerio. “In addition, Craig Weiss - the California-based, internationally-known, corporate online learning industry analyst - will be on hand to offer a guru’s perspective on developments in the LCMS and learning management system (LMS) market.”

Earlier this month, Craig was named in a separate piece of independent research, as the most influential person in the world for corporate e-learning.

Not only will eXact learning solutions take the opportunity of the User Group event to outline the developments and refinements that have been made to the eXact LCMS but it will also explain the company’s plans for further developing the product over the coming 12 months.

“At the User Group conference, all delegates will have the chance to discuss their views on these plans – and give us their ‘wish list’ for further developments to the LCMS,” said Federico Dondero, eXact learning solutions’ international sales manager.

“We’ll also take this opportunity to reveal the company’s brand restyling – ahead of the Learning Technologies event.
