Secret of DSMAC 500tph Sandstone Making Line’ Success
At the beginning of 2012, Yaini (Anshun) Company seek for new road in the situation of cement industry excesses production. In that area, the requirement for high quality sandstone in construction and concrete is increasing, but the supply is in short, so Yaini (Anshun) Company decided to invest on 500tph sandstone making line. After investigation, they made the cooperation with DSMAC successfully. In the next following two and a half months, DSMAC designed this 500tph sandstone making line.
This project was designed based on the mine resources in local area and the market need. The raw material was limestone, which is put into vibrating screen, and then was crushed by jaw crusher and impact crusher, and later the crushed materials were separated by high efficient circular vibrating screen into four types: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm. The materials larger than 30mm were sent into the sand maker to make into sand with 0-3mm and 3-5mm size. The final products were used for local high way, high-speed railway and infrastructure. Thanks to the product’s reliable quality and high cost performance, they were welcome in the market.
Analysis of DSMAC 500tph Sandstone Making Line’ Success
Through analysis, there are the following five factors of this 500tph sandstone making line’s success.
First, the limestone exploration in that area is in the primary stage, and there are lots of magnesia stones admit. The successful process of these stones in this crushing line solve the problem of cement raw material and limestone quality.
Second, Yaini (Anshun) Company can make full use of the position advantage near city and local mine resource to produce excellent sand and aggregate, which is the extension of industry chain to make more profit.
Third, this project also has advantages of the basic conditions, such as transportation, limestone resource, idle mine land and so on.
Fourth, this project can rely on the special geographical environment of slop zone. The whole project is divided into five steps to realize the raw material discharge, crushing, screening, final product storage and deliver.
Fifth, the sand making machine is added into this project to crush less-qualified aggregate to artificial sand, which not only meet the market need, but also make waste recycle.
