The noiseless, energy-efficient and particularly robust solid state drives are available both in standard grade (0°/+70°C-MLC/SLC) and in industrial grade (-40°/+85°C-MLC/SLC) as well as offered in capacities from 16GB to 512GB. By using only high-quality MLC/SLC flash IC‘s and controllers from such renowned manufacturers as Intel, Micron und SandForce in assembling process, EXCEEMO is able to offer up to 30-years warranty and a Fixed BOM which are especially beneficial for industrial applications. The Power Down Protection (PDP) mode uniquely provided by EXCEEMO ensures that all buffered data in the write cache are protected from a potential loss upon an unexpected host power failure or unsafe shutdown. Moreover, the EXCEEMO SSDs are characterized by a number of features and technologies such as Wear-Leveling algorithm and bad block management that improve significantly the overall reliability, performance and operating life.
