Dine on delicate smoked salmon tartare, creamy Boston clam chowder, and light seasonal greens with porcini mushroom dressing before digging into the main highlight: a mouthwatering US roast turkey stuffed and served with giblet gravy, cranberry sauce all the trimmings, followed by first and second helpings of freshly baked pumpkin and pecan pie.
