Best Western engages with RateGain to build wider electronic distribution network

Best Western International, the World's Biggest Hotel Family with more than 4,000 hotels in over 100 countries and territories has chosen RateGain to collaborate with and widen their online channel exposure to increase their footprint in Asia & Middle East. The engagement will facilitate the use of a robust, easy to manage channel management solution for the Best Western Hotels through the RateGain platform.

Speaking at the sidelines of the Best Western Annual General Meeting at Kuala Lumpur, Glenn De Souza, Vice President, International Development for Asia & Middle East, said “We chose to engage with RateGain, since they provide us the best channel management solution through a SaaS based platform to leverage our business and increase the number of avenues that deliver bookings to our hotel clients.”

Mr. De Souza added “Their dedicated account management and effective customer support has enabled us to provide a reliable platform for booking and channel distribution for our hotels.
