Better Than Yesterday Press Release

Better than Yesterday is a series of excerpts that aims to touch the hearts, minds, and souls of those who may be going through their own storm. It is a series of self-reflection and a reminder that you will never be perfect, but there are ways that you can better yourself each and every day.

With this book, I share my steps to a better tomorrow through short stories, personal experiences, and valuable life lessons. Better than Yesterday intends to help people become good human beings, while transforming into the best versions of themselves possible.

Keishaun Williams is a Master’s student at West Virginia University. His major field of study is Sport Management, and he is scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2021. He is a man who has had his share of mistakes and hopes to help and guide others so that they might avoid some of the pitfalls he faced.

“My friends, we will never be perfect, and that’s okay. But even though we cannot eliminate our mistakes, we can choose to be better than yesterday.”
