AEI Consultants Appoints Rachel Yockey to Director of Culture and Engagement

Walnut Creek, Calif. (January 26, 2020) AEI Consultants, a leading commercial real estate assessment and consulting firm, has announced the promotion of Rachel Yockey to the newly created role of Director of Culture and Engagement. This hire was made to further AEI’s commitment to and development of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

“AEI’s company culture and the people that make it are truly what set AEI apart,” says Rachel Yockey. “I’m looking forward to ensuring that AEI continues to be a place of inclusivity and diversity, and a place where we can grow into our best selves, both professionally and personally.”

Rachel Yockey has been with AEI for 10 years, and has served on the internal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory (DEI) Board since 2019. Prior to the Director of Culture and Engagement role, Yockey served as a National Client Manager and Regional Director in Texas, roles she will maintain. Within her new role, Rachel will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Holly Neber, the Human Resources team, Regional Directors, and other leadership to continue AEI’s commitment to build an inclusive and thriving culture.

In addition to leading the DEI Advisory Council, Rachel will be leading the AEI 2021 Culture Project, launching an internal Career Path guide, oversee implementation of the Culture Handbook, and much more.
