Bioline Agrosciences, recognized at the SIVAL Innovation 2021 awards for T-PROTECT® technology

Once again, Bioline Agrosciences wins the INNOVATION award at SIVAL, reaffirming its position as a world leader in applied Biocontrol technologies.
The competition jury recognized the technological advancement of T-Protect® with the award of a bronze trophy. T-Protect® is a biodegradable product that can be used in mechanized application, for the release of beneficial insects. With a highly innovative design, the product protects insects in hot weather through a passive cooling system. It can be used on all crops regardless of growth stages and can be applied mechanically or manually.

An innovation for farmers

T-Protect® technology meets the needs of farmers: effective, simple and fast application of beneficial insects. For example, in the case of protecting corn against corn borer using Trichogramma, T-Protect® is the ideal partner for early applications, when the crop has insufficient leaf development to protect it from the sun. T-Protect® ensures the continued effectiveness of the biological control as it can also be used at later stages of the crop either by manual or mechanized application, confirming its status as the most flexible product on the market.

The T-Protect® & T-Protect® Booster dispenser: the winning combination

Alongside manual application, T-Protect® is also designed for mechanized distribution with the T-Protect® Booster applicator. Able to be used in several ways – on the three-point hitch of a tractor or on a quad bike, this machine makes it possible to apply Trichogramma rapidly and efficiently to large plots and to all crops.
